- Removes all existing test cases.
- Rewrites minimal (3-5) test cases for each package.
- Creates new test files at the same file level for each package.
- Adds a new GitHub Action to run tests on pull requests for changes in .ts files.
- Updates the tests to use jsonplaceholder.typicode.com instead of api.example.com.
